Prepare Submission

• Download and complete the CTE CHIPS Challenge Phase 1 Submission Form.
• Gather the materials for the required appendices.
  • Appendix A: Written Commitments from Partners (allowed file type: .pdf).
  • Appendix B: Baseline Project Data (allowed file types: .pdf and .csv).

Enter Submission

1. Click the <Submit Action Plan> button.
2. Complete the CTE CHIPS Challenge Phase 1 Cover Page.
3. Upload your submission files.
